Shipping & Fulfillment FAQ

We are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19, but rest assured, your package is in our system and your order will be delivered!

Free Shipping for all orders (yes, even International!)!

Your patience is greatly appreciated! You should receive an email with tracking number(s) once your package(s) have been shipped and your payment has been processed. Rest assured your package is in our system and will be heading your way soon! Please expect your items to be shipped separately (If you order more than one item) as we ship directly from our suppliers, and different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Delivery Times

We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe, and Asia. This allows us to offer great prices and high quality products with creative, unique designs. 

Because we ship from multiple suppliers, please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for order processing and verification, and the current delivery ETA is 25 - 60 working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses (after processing times). Our standard delivery times are 15 - 25 working days, however, these date ranges have increased due to Covid-19. 

If you plan to give one of our items as a gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. Due to processing and shipping times, there is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier. 

If an item was received damaged during shipment, please email us directly at glassybrand@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or broken product. We asses these issues on a case by case basis.
